Thoughts: Two Bean Sprout Chicken rice generally worth sampling in this one at USJ 4's 新阿波羅茶餐室 Apollos as well as USJ14's 美食茶餐室 Lian Kee and both are only available for dinner. Another night time only Bean Sprout chicken rice nearest to USJ is probably the one in SS19's 百威茶餐室 Parkway Kopitiam. And there is this "安记鸡饭 On Kee" (not the same Ipoh Ong Kee") some where in SS18,  the Bak Kut Teh street of Subang Jaya. 

新阿波羅茶餐室 Restoran New Apollos does offer an acceptably good tasty and tender white steamed chicken which you can have it with either Rice or 河粉湯 Hor fun soup. Also not disappointed with the 吊片豬肉丸 Pork ball and 怡保山水芽菜 Ipoh Bean sprouts.
