Thoughts: Interesting to find that the "Bean Brothers" is a "Korean Cafe branding" with its own in-house coffee roasting facility in 韩国仁川 Incheon, Korea. And Bean Brothers at Sunway Damansara is their first overseas outpost, then followed by the second outlet at 吉隆坡文艺广场 The Linc, Kuala Lumpur; all the coffee beans for the Cafes are imported from the Korean factory!

The Cafe is located in an industrial area within the neighborhood of Sunway Rymba Hills, away from the hustling and bustling of Petaling Jaya. This area is only accessible via Persiaran Surian which isn't too far from IKEA or PJ the Surve. The Cafe, "Bean Brothers" is a Cafe converted from an ld factory lot, I think previously a SOAP factory. The structure seemed to be an abandoned factory from the outside, there is a steel-glass swing door that welcomes you into a Cafe with an industrial theme, one can immediately see fading gray color and white brick walls, black steel beams and columns, unorganized dangling cables at the kitchen and coffee bar counter, as well as lots of hanging light bulbs. The bar counter sits underneath a large opening between the ground and upper floor, which really is the highlight of an "abandoned factory", unfortunately the second floor is off limits during the CMCO else the view looking down from that "hole" should be interesting. 

For coffee, wasn't too adventurous this morning and only having the Cafe's Latte but the Cafe's Signature "Pour over Single Origin" coffee and Matach/Hojicha Latte (rm$12 - rm$15) definitely worth trying in the next work visit. The food menu offers 7 items: Croissant, Big breakfast, Pasta, Burger, Pisang Goreng, and Hash brown from rm$6 - rm$34. For breakfast before work it is Croissant rm$6 with Scrambled Egg rm$4 (Poached egg, Sunny Side or Ham & Egg are possible variations). The smooth scramble eggs went well with the buttery, flaky, crispy, and flavorful Croissant, excellent! I won't hesitate to sample Bean Brothers rm$25+ Pasta or its rm$34 Big Breakfast in the next visit.

The ground floor offers at least 20 tables (for 2-4 people, now 2 per table in CMCO), and some high stool chairs seating areas. Good enough natural lights from glass windows areas as well as the warm hanging light bulbs, not too loud "Kuai Low" music, with some really private corner tables (with wall electrical outlets for your electronic devices), making it a good Cafe location for surfing/working the whole day from 8:30am to 8pm. limited parking is available within the factory compound but ample parking just outside the factory, which "maybe" free since the Factory lot is at quite a remote area.
