Thoughts: The rm$6 Pan Mee comes in a big bowl of slightly salty soup with generous amount of 手撕板麵 hand-plugged Pan mee, 香菇片 mushroom, 碎肉 minced pork, 炸江魚仔 crunchy anchovies, and lots of 薯仔菜 sweet leaves or "sayur manis" (the standard Pan Mee vegetables); and on the side a plate of not too spicy Chili Sambal. An affordable bowl of traditional smooth Pan Mee soup! Don't mind sampling the dry version in future visits. 

PJ Seksyen 2's "一號茶餐室 Satu Penchala Kopitiam" is probably a corner bungalow house in the 60s or 70s that has been converted to a kopitiam. It offers at least 12 stalls offering 炒粿条 Char Koay Teow, 馬來椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak, 板麵 Pan Mee, 印度煎餅/飯 Roti Canai/Nasi Campur India, 肉骨茶 Bak Kut Teh, 豬肉粉 Pork Noodles, 釀豆腐 Yong Tao Foo, 華人糕點 Chinese Kueh, For lunch should be 雞飯 Chicken Rice, 雜飯 Mixed Rice, 小炒 Xiao Chao and 雲吞麵 Wantan Mee. Many stalls are ready to serve breakfast as early as 7am! 

The kopitiam is located in an "old area" of PJ, with factories and residential houses (used to be Attap Kampong houses) nearby. Parking maybe difficult at lunch time and likely very hot and humid under the "Zinc roofing" kopitiam. But early morning means easier parking either along the trunk road of Jalan Penchala or near the Chinese School (八打灵精武华小 SJK (C) Chen Moh) and a residential Park which are less than 150m from the kopitiam. Next to the kopitiam is a Medan Selera with Chinese, Indian and Malay stalls and behind the Chinese school there is also another Chinese kopitiam.

As far as "One Penchala Kopitiam", looks promising are the Home-made Yong Tao Foo, Bak Kut Teh and Char Koay Teow or maybe the traditional Pork noodle stall, definitely will be back for breakfast again soon.
