Thoughts: One of the better in town is the Home-made Chee Cheong Fun and Yong Tao Foo here at SS3's 合順茶餐室 Restoran Hup Soon, sampled it last earlier this month on 05.10.2020, the stall is available for breakfast as early as 6:45am. 

It's Day 3 of the 有條件行動管制令 CMCO, on the road from Federal highway and LDP around 7am was easy on a weekday. Back to re-visit 合順茶餐室 Restoran Hup Soon but to sample Char Siew Wantan Mee but couldn't resist ordering 2 pieces of the home-made Yong Tao Foo as well as the Kopitiam's Tech C. Among the 12 stalls in this corner shop lot kopitiam, both the Wantan Mee stall and Yong Tao Foo stalls are available for breakfast as early as 7am, other stalls perhaps either later or for lunch onwards. 

The rm$7 叉燒雲吞麵 Charsiew Wantan Mee isn't the best in town, sauce, noodles, and wanton were not bad but Charsiew is less than mediocre; but still a satisfying breakfast with the Yong Tao Foo as well as a good cuppa of TehC.
