Thoughts: The slightly expensive rm$2.10 奶茶 TehC, nice but wasn't impressive; sampling the Koipitiam's "豬肉粉 Pork noodle", with loh si fun in a bowl of slightly salty and clear soup. The bowl comes with pork balls and generous amount of pork slices as well as minced meat, vegetables, green onions, and fried onions, wasn't bad and at rm$6.50, difficult to complain too much.
"威威美食坊 Restoran Wai Wai" offers variety of Malaysian chinese kopitiam breakfast with cuisines from Penang, Ipoh, Sabah, Toewchew styles, Hakka, Taiwanese, and China, I would say maybe 20-24 stalls: including 檳城蝦麵和太平鮮煮 Penang Har Mee & Taiping noodle, 魚頭米 Fish head noodle, 怡保雞絲河粉 Ipoh Chicken Hor fun, 豬腸粉釀豆腐 Chee Cheong Fun Yong Tao Fo, 板麵伊麵 Pan/Yee Mee, 滷肉飯和豬肚湯 Braise Pork rice & Pork stomach soup, 豬肉粉 Pork noodle, 燒臘 Roasted, 炒粿条和炒飯 Char Koay Teow & Fried rice, 安順吉靈麵和炸蝦餅 Anson Mee Rebus & Cucuk Udang, 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee, and the only Indian stall but offering Nasi Kukus & Ayam Goreng Berempah, 客家麵 Hakka Mee, 碟仔飯 T.Red.Foods stall, 魚丸粉 Fish ball noodle, 烝雞 Steamed chicken, 潮州粿/包點, 潮州粉 Teoe Chew noodle, 肉干麵包 Dried meat floss bread, 沙巴羊肉麵 Sabah lamb noodle, 炸醬麵和中國水餃 Zha Jiang noodle & Dumplings, 台灣芭樂 Taiwanese marinated Guava, 油條檔 Char Koay stall and maybe a few more. Many of the stalls are open for breakfast at 8am today.
At least 4 Chinese Kopitiams: 九五至尊白咖啡美食館 Kopitiam Taman Meranti Jaya 95, 老林茶室 Kedai Kopi Uncle Lim, 好意記茶室 Restoran Hoo Yee Kee and today's visit at 偉偉美食坊 Wai Wai Kopitiam; all of which comes with either 2-4 shop lots and all of them along Jalan Meranti Jaya. Similar to 好意記茶室 Restoran Hoo Yee Kee (visited last week 4.Oct.2020) and 威威美食坊 Restoran Wai Wai; both are 4 shop lots with 2 corner shop lots join by a small road split between the 2 shop lots blocks.
