Thoughts: 大众美食中心 Restoran Tar Chong, the only all-day Chinese mixed rice shop located in USJJ10/1B Taipan ceased operation a few months ago, now replace by a multi-hawker stalls Chinese kopitiam "金華茶室 Restoran Jing Hwa"; in fact another branch of 大众 in USJ 21 also closed many months ago! 

But as several businesses folded (maybe due to the Covid-19 pressures), new businesses quickly replaced them. The same with the corner shop lot along USJ 10/1E, where the big Pet shop "PETSMORe" was located is now replaced by "菜飯之家(快餐專賣店) Restoran T23 mixed rice". The new mixed rice shop looks similar in design and layout as PJ SS24s "(菜飯之家)快餐專賣店 Restoran 134 mixed rice". 

The new USJ10 Chinese mixed rice corner shop lot takes up 2 shops offering maybe 80-100 dishes, my 3 dish plate was rm$9 (seemed slightly expensive!). As usual either Chinese tea and soup of the day are free. Both the SS24 and USJ10 branch comes with the self-service food counter section partitioned from the seating area. The eating area is likely air-conditioned, bright lights and noticeably quite clean.
