Thoughts: The same shop lot where Tokyo Kitchen was is now a Shabu Shabu buffet called "優美區しゃぶしゃぶ Yosen". Opened maybe somewhere after Chinese New Year or was it last year nut definitely before the Covid-10 locked-down! The new eatery kept much of Tokyo Kitchen's interior except the "fake-garden" section is now the buffet counter. For the past months, came here for a few times and left without a table as it was fully reserved all the time. Made a reservation today but there were not too many customers from 1pm-3pm!
I can understand why it was popular, it's rm$32.80 for "滾來滾去 Rolling in the deep" or rm$38.80 for "趕湯蹈火 Dancing in the Pot"; the prices are eat all you can buffet. The rm$6 addition means 2 more meat choices of beef and mutton on top of the standard chicken and pork meat boxes, everything else are the same. You do get 2 choices of broth from 5: 壽喜烧汤 Sukiyaki, 辣味噌汤 Spicy Miso, 鲣鱼海带上汤 Kunbudashi, 药材上汤 Herbal, or 东炎汤 Tomyum, and add rm$10 for the interesting Tomato broth! Looks like Lunch or Dinner times offers the same Buffet pricing.

The meat boxes are unlimited for the buffet price! The buffer counter offers 茶碗蒸蛋 Chawanmushi, 關東煮 Oden, 炒飯 Fried rice, 饅頭 Mantou, just a few choices or 壽司 sushi and 巻き maki. At least 20 素菜 vegetables choices, and another maybe 10 other meat choices like 魚丸/肉丸 fish/meat balls. Beveragws and Desserts are 咖啡 Coffee, 綠茶 Green tea and 冰淇淋 Ice Cream. And yes, ending the meal with 雞蛋 raw eggs as well as 3 noodle choices: 速食麵 Instant noodle, 伊麵 Yee Mee, and 冬粉 Winter noodles.
There were also at least 12 choices of condiments as dipping sauce for the Shabu Shabu. The variety and choices are probably reasonable for that pricing! The herbal and Tomyum combi were good choices and all of the 4 meat choices (雞肉 Chicken, 豬肉 Pork, 牛肉 Beef, 羊肉 Mutton) were fresh and nice and the waiter was kind enough to mix a plate of tasty condiment as dipping sauce for the meat. The only alcoholic beverage is Asahi Beer at rm$16.80 for 2 cans.
Overall, the indoor air-conditioning, ambiance and partitioned tables plus reasonable pricing for a filling buffet makes USJ10's "優美區 Yosen" worth visiting at least once or when you neaeby USJ Taipan and yearning for some Shabu Shabu! Perhaps it is also a good idea to make a reservation.
