Thoughts: The Gelato Ice Cream kiosk perhaps didn't do so well at Main Place; its location is now replaced with Taiwan Street Food "Shihlin", obviously your taiwanese street food will still be prepared and served by a Bangladeshi or a Myanmarist, LOL!
You get 3 pieces of Oyster (not too bad, fresher than I imagine), also topped with generous amount of chicken floss (which is cold) but once mixed with the hot broth, its OK! Of course, the other main ingredient is the 麵線 Chinese Vermicelli.
This dish commonly called as "Oh-Ah Mee Sua" 蚵仔麵線 is a popular street food in Taiwan, which is is a bowl of wheat vermicelli cooked rich bonito-flavored thickened soup, topped with fresh oysters!
It is not a big bowl for $8.80, good enough as breakfast for 2-3 hours before lunch!
