@ O'Briens Irish Sandwiches Suria KLCC (click to Google Map)
Lot C 15E Concourse Floor Suria KLCC, KL City Centre
全麦鸡肉香肠面包和卡布奇诺咖啡 Wholemeal bread Chicken Sausage & Cappuccino Set B $12.80 👍😋
Highlights: Pork Free, Paid Parking
Food Thoughts: Walking past here since taking the LRT to KLCC for several weeks now; I finally decided to drop in for breakfast. The Breakfast with coffee/tea comes in 6 variants: Croissant sandwich, Wholemeal/MultiGrain Sandwich, Pie, Pancake, Toast, or Pastry. For drinks it is either Americano, Cuppucino, or Irish breakfast tea.
O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe, also known as O'Briens, is an Irish franchise sandwich cafe chain founded in Ireland in 1988 by Brody Sweeney. It has an interesting history as it broke Irish employee law and on 7 October 2009, it was announced O'Briens Irish Sandwich Bars, which employs 800 people in Ireland, had gone into liquidation.
As of October 2009, O'Briens was operated by the AIL Group (Ireland's largest restaurant franchise group). As of now, the O’Brien’s name is owned by Abrakebabra Investments Limited who also operate as the Franchisor in the Republic of Ireland.
There are now almost 300 O’Brien’s outlets around the world including Australia, South Africa, Spain, Germany, Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
Besides KLCC, you can find O'Briens at Dua Central (where TNB is now located), another one I saw was at Holiday Inn (Jalan Raja Chulan). There are probably other locations around Klang Valley.
The Breakfast set prices are from $11.80 to $14.80, reasonbly ok as the set comes with coffee. The Cuppucino I had wasn't too bad.
Review: 6 / 10 👍😋
Opening Hours: 07:00am - 11:00pm
