卡布奇诺 Cuppucino $5 👍👍😋😋
Highlights: Paid Parking, Outdoor area seatings
Thoughts: Cuppucino is an "Italian" thing, probably started in Italy in the 18th century but only known outside Italy after 1930s. And seems to be born out of Viennese-style cafés in Trieste and other cities in the former Austria in the first decades of the 20th.
It is an Italian coffee drink that is traditionally prepared with double espresso, and steamed milk foam; at Starbucks you can ask for either a single or double expresso. Not sure if one can make that request at McCafe.
The difference between a latte and a cappuccino is the milk content. Latte has a lot of milk, whereas cappuccino is a stronger in coffee with lesser milk or cream; also depending on the amount of espresso in the cuppucino.
Both Cuppucino and Latte are of Italian Origin and I have tried them over 30 years ago when I visited Rome and Venice; it is a beautiful traditional coffee in Italy and I still like it even served by restaurant chains here in KL. Sometimes I like one over the other depending on my mood but the subtle differences between them sometimes is confusing depending how and who is making the cuppa!
In one study, it is reported that up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. So, I did not have cola or energy drinks today and only 1 cuppacino and 1 latte; I suppose that's within the quota!
Review: 7 / 10 👍👍😋😋
