Thoughts: These are young Malay Boys who try to make a living selling burgers on the road side; they do work hard from around 7 or 8pm unit past mid night to 1 or 2 am. Sometimes they have to face to authorities and the fines. When I took his pictures, he said not to post them in facebook as he does not want to be famous and get caught by the authorities!
Parking here at USJ 21 is free, on MPSJ parking spots or on the road shoulders, those who park their cars on the road shoulders park everyday foc and not bother if they obstruct traffic or get summoned; MPSJ officers has no jurisdiction giving summons to them, only traffice police do. I am not sure if anyone get summoned as everytime I am around Main Place, everywhere are illegal parking.
The Malay chap has been in business here for a year now, across Main Place's McDonalds, just outside Hoong Foong Dim Sum. Next to his stall is a Malay rice vendor as well.
You have the usual beef, chicken, or lamb burgers or hotdogs here with special (ie: an egg) or plus cheese, you can have double or tripple patties as well, order however you wish. I find therse young Malay boys making money by their own hands and sweat commendable.
