Thoughts: The Indonesian "Bebek" means Duck, and the rm$19.90 "巴厘香酥鴨錦飯 Magnificent Bebek Bali" is a "Dry Fried Duck" rice meal. The deep fried duck or "Bebek Bali" is a traditional meal served in 巴厘 Bali, Indonesia. The dish comes with 脆皮炸鴨腿 crispy deep fried duck drumstick (very dry) along with 2 excellent plates of 桑巴醬 sambal that went well as a dipping sauce and even goes well with just the white rice. On the side were 生蔬菜 Ulam (raw vegetables), some 天貝 tempeh, and some 蝦片 crackers. The best on the plate was really the Sambal, and the fried duck was really dry (and perhaps a Balinese cooking style for "Bebek Bali"), I'd say great to have the meal using the bare hands, catching the duck meat with some sambal, rice, and the sides bringing the mixed from the hand into the mouth.
