The Husband and Wife Chefs have previously operated another Western Café in USJ6's Indera Subang Condominium from 2012-2016, but had take sabbatical from business for some time and there are now back in the F&B business with a passion to offer affordable "Pork free" Western recipes to USJ residents. The Café opened just 5 days ago, in the last week of November 2020, offering Western dishes from Pasta, Grilled and Steak (Chicken, Beef, Mutton, and Fish fishes choices) from rm$13.90 - rm$25.90, plus also a limited choice of 清真點心 Dim Sum.
The Weekday set Lunch at rm$16 includes a Main Course (choice of 雞肉或牛肉派 Chicken or Beef Pie, 意大利面 Pasta Carbonara, 魚和薯條 Fish & Chips or 雞扒 Chicken Chop), plus a good bowl of 奶油蘑菇湯 Cream of Mushroom Soup, and 冰檸檬茶 Ice Lemon Tea. The rm$16 lunch set today is a Scottish style 牛肉蘇格蘭派 Gourmet style Beef Scotch Pie, garnished with some 蘑菇 button mushroom and excellent 自製肉汁 home-made gravy, along with a commendable salad mix of 土豆 Potato, 花椰菜 Cauliflower, 胡蘿蔔 Carrots, and 西蘭花 Broccoli; as well as a good bowl of 奶油蘑菇湯 Cream of Mushroom Soup; a more than satisfactory and filling brunch!
The Café opens from lunch time and home-delivery services are also available (DM or WS 01118733771 to place online orders). If you like affordable "value for money" and tasty "Pork free" Western Food, I'd highly recommend USJ21's new "Fusion@21"! Personally, will definitely be back to sample its other Signature dishes of 羊排 Lamb Chop, 意大利麵 Pasta Carbonara, and 鮭魚排 Salmon Steak; all highly recommended by the friendly Malaysian-born Filipino Chef.
