Thoughts: The first visit to Restoran Bukit Bintant for its Signature "薑蔥牛肉河 Spring Onion Ginger Beef Koay Teow" left with a positive experience! Coming back to have a go with its other signature dish, the "福建炒 Hokkien Mee"; at rm$10 for 1 pax and rm$18 for 2 pax, slightly expensive compared to the rm$8/rm$16 大炒小炒 Dai Chao/Xiao Chao eateries.

Not disappointed with the "福建炒 Hokkien Mee", albeit not too extreme in bitterness nor "Wok Hei", but no "碱水 Alkaline" residue in the noodle and since the shop is Pork free, the plate comes with 炸雞油 Chicken Lard as replace of 炸豬油 Park Lard. The rm$10 "招牌炒飯 Bintang Fried Rice" was average at best but the "爺爺咖啡 Grandpa Kopi" was a Strong "Gao" cuppa.
Twice visiting, the boss also highly recommended the "泰式腐竹王 Thai style Fu Chuk King" and its other Signature and pricey "生蝦麵 Fresh water Prawn Noodle"; perhaps worth sampling! It is interesting to note that the Chinese Restaurant also offer Pasta and Pizza!
