Thoughts: It is definitely possible to teach a class here, especially the section where one of the side door is closed-now and that corner table next to the closwd Exit door is now fairly private. Only occasional noise from the kitchen making drinks (using their blender), otherwise from 9am - 5pm was not bad and even the internet speed was better than SS2's Baiwago. I'd think the SS23 Hometown Hainan Coffee Kopitiam is a better chice for teaching a Virtual Class based on today's 1-day teaching experience here.
