Thoughts: First experience of Poke bowl was Sep 24, 2018 at Erakine in Sydney, Australia's, at AUD$18 (RM$55+). The Malaysia experience of this dish is at Bandar Sunway (minutes walk from Sunway University), I'd say more choices here at "Wonder Poke Wonder Tea Cafe", the big bowl for brunch was rm$18.90 (about AUD$6+)!
Step 1 is to choose either Raw/Cook/Vegan Base, my Base was Teriyaki Chicken, next Step 2 is Rice Choice and mine was 3-color rice. Then in Step 3 is the Sauce where either Dhal, Soy, Mayo or Vinegar base Sauce. Step 4 & 5 allows more than 2 dozen types of Toppings. Lastly, with an additional costs, one can add boiled egg, Salmon Skin, Salmon Belly, and Nacho corn Chips. The Standard bowl with the toppings relatively good for 1-2 person! The 2nd experience of Poke at Sunway was definitely a much positive one.
Poke bowl is a native Hawaii dish, can either be an appetizer or main meal where traditionally is a fish-based dish which became popular in the 1970s and still common today in the Hawaii Islands.
I recommend to come here in the weekends, parking is not just challenging but down right impossible. But, of course you can park at the Multi-level Parking facility at the BRT Depot and Multilevel Car Park located beside the station (SB5 SunU-Monash Stop) at flat rate of rm$4/$5 per entry, distance is less than 200 meters (5 minutes walking distance).
