Food Thoughts: 巴生小食馆 Klang Food Centre, located in Klang's Taman Intan (not too far from the "Old-demolished" rm$1 Klang Toll) is quite a popular Bao shop, and reportedly very famous for its hand-made Bao especially its 梅菜猪肉包Mui Chai & 芋头扣肉包Yam & Pork. Interesting to find a stall within USJ4's Restoran new Apollo offering their Bao (no idea of the relationship of the stall here and the original factory in Klang).
For breakfast, its their "咖喱大包 Curry Dai Bao", opening the Bao will find a bowl of pork curry and patato, goes very well with the Bao. Wished it also offer their "大包 Dai Bao" but according to the stall operator who seems familiar with the Klang factory operations that currently the factory has a capacity handicap where they are not able to produce the market requirement.
The stall operator recommended their popular "猪肉咸肉粽 Pork Bak Zhang" (not sure its origin), but just average in taste.
Besides the Bao from Klang Food Centre and Bak Zhang, the stall also offers various kueh and snacks.
