Thoughts: 升咖啡店 Restoran Lek Seng Kopitiam offers 16 chinese hawker style food in a corner shop lot in Seksyen 19, along Jalan Harapan which is separating Seksyen 19 and Seksyen 17. My breakfast of 猪肉粉 Pork Noodle and 鸳鸯 Cham are of average taste at best. Nevertheless, this seems to be a popular spot for affordable breakfast as cars were parked everywhere (illegally) even on the trunk road of Jalan Harapan! Parking here, presumably is more than challenging as even before 8am, parking was already quite impossible except at illegal road shoulders! (of course, I am not sure of any other alternative parking nearby). Google map does show at least 4 if not 6 condominiums nearby the shop lots.
