Thoughts: Food Rose Catering company offers a one-stop shop catering services, not just for food, but also DJ&Bar, Tables&Chairs as well as Photo&Video services. Had a chance to sample their food in an Indian Wedding at the Agenda Suria Convention Centre. ASCC is located at the USJ rest area on ELITE Highway very close to the Toll Plaza exiting to USJ21.
On the buffet tables were Vegetarian section and Meat sections. Common on both tables were the Basmathi Briyani Rice while vegetarian dishes were fried patato balls with patato curry dhal, vegetables and salad as well as papadam. On the meat side includes fried chicken, mutton and chicken masala. Overall, although not too much selections, the food sampled wasn't too spicy nor salty, very good combinations and taste.
