Thoughts: WhupWhup is the brainchild of a DJ and singer-turned-Chef Mr Liang, interestingly the Cafe is located deep in the light industrial park in SS13. (best to use Waze of Google Map for directions). The GPS App will lead you end-road of 2 rows of factory lots, the restoran is located inside a partly refurbished Yarn Factory. Parking is very challenging, and isn't easy during lunch hours.
Entrance to the restoran is typical of a Factory layout with "Safety First" sign before the door, the space inside is at least 10,000 square feet with a high ceiling. There is even a machine converted to a dining table. The large space is well lighted with lots of sunlight from the edges of the roof top. If there were more plants, it would look like a Green House!
The 2 page menu offers Lites, Mains, Pasta, Sandwiches, All-day-Breakfast, Desserts, Beverages and Coffee. For lunch, its "Duck 3 ways", a catchy name and instead of spaghetti, its fettuccine. The meal was beautifully delivered in a unique dining ware, thick slices of duck breast meat, and the fettuccine infused with duck egg and bacon; certainly a bit too salty for my age but definitely a unique recipe. I'd recommend this dish for sharing!
Latte or WhupWhup calls it "The Beauty" is one of the best I've had for a long time. With the Latte sampled, I would say the Restaurant generally serves good coffee! Interestingly, the restoran also offers 2 variants of Craft Beer by Brewdogs!
