Thoughts: Not overly impressed with the Glazed Lamb Shank w/Ratatouille plus Rosemary Starters. Not being too judgmental, no doubt the Lamb Shank was in good taste and did like the sauce, but where is the Ratatouille and the Rosemary Starters, what interest me on this rm$38 dish was the Ratatouille and all I have got on the plate was just some sauteed patoato cubes. OK, there are some Rosemary garnished on the Lamb Shank (and its one piece of Rosemary), the rest of it was vegetables salad with some baby tomato.
