Thoughts: Surffice to say, many times sampling the same thing here "叉烧云吞面 Char Siew Wan Ton Mee", sometimes good and sometimes not that good. Interestingly, today's Wan Ton Mee where the Char Siew itself was very commendable, much like glazed Char Siew but without the fat, really actually a satisfactory morning breakfast. I do hope that it is an improved version of their previous Char Siew!
