Thoughts: It's even without anchovies, the Malay vegetarian stall at En Fa Tang USJ1, at rm$6 per plate offers Curry Patato+Pumpkin, KangKong, Fried Egg, cucumber, nuts and spicy vegetarian sambal, with steamy fragrant rice; satisfied with everything on the plate.
Besides the main chinese mixed rice, a chinese noodle kiosk, and two malay vegetarian stall, looks like the latest addition is an indian vegetarian "goreng-goreng" kiosk; looking forward for sampling it soon!
