Restoran Happy Chef, I think the only Chinese non-Halal Kopitiam in PJ Phileo Damansara. Probably favorite for many Chinese office people here due to its affordable morning breakfast and lunch time mixed rice. But, you can always opt for the Chee Cheong Fun/Yong Tao Foo, Wan Ton Mee, Chicken Rice, or Goreng Goreng.
