Thoughts: There are 8 variants of Cheong Fun offered here by a new stall (since last visit 19.Dec 2017 which was many many months ago) called "旺记石磨肠粉" Shi Mo Chang Fen.
The Cheong Fun was smooth, freshly steamed, mine was Charsiew with egg add-on, came with green onions and a sweet as well as chili sauce on the side. However, there are corn, ham, and minced meat variants with or without egg! Definitely worth the drive here.
