Thoughts: Restoran Good Taste at USJ10 is probably one of the restaurants most visited; 3 times in 2016, 9 times in 2017 but interestingly none last year. Last visit was Dec 23th 2017 for their signature Char Siew Wan Ton Mee.
After more than a year, "Good Taste" now offers a new menu of 7 rice items of 碟头饭 "Dip Tau Fan" all pork based, the set at rm$12.90 also comes with a soup! My order was Mongolian Sauce Meat Pork which wasn't worth discussing, but the soup which is herbal (I think 淮山玉竹枸杞炖猪肉 Huaishan Wolfberry Yuzhu Pork soup) wasn't too bad. The additional order of roasted pork came with a crunchy skin but disappointingly almost all fat! Overall, just a meal to fill the hunger.
The all-pork rice new menu of "Dip Tau Fan" looks all the same, maybe just the sauce is different; not looking forward for any repeats for anything in the new menu. Last tasted their signature wan ton mee with charsiew was almost 14 months ago, the charsiew wasn't the best in town but in general I did like their charcoal bread toast!
