Thoughts: Nice juicy 3 layer pork meat in a Bun, garnished with preserved vegetables and chinese celery leafs; very nice! And it wouldn't have gone well without the pork fat layer.
The Taiwanese cuisine eatery offers comfortable seating area and interesting decorations. The menu is quite unique, not just the choices but also like a story book, have quite a lot to offer. And their signature dish seems to be pork chop/pork ribs rice, something I should be thinking about in future visits!
