Interestingly, the primary fish for producing the fish balls here are 黄鱔魚 Eel! I wonder if the delicious fish ball for snacks earler at 河西 (near Hai Yew Heng Bao shop) was from this factory. It taste good perhaps because its freshly delivered daily from factory like this one.
