Thoughts: A website says that "M Mall is one of the malls in Penang that have really fancy decoration and also a nice ambience. The main attraction of Chinese New Year decoration at M Mall is the gazebo that is decorated with Peach Blossoms flowers that are tied around the gazebo. The peach plant is considered sacred in China, as the peach fruit represents longevity, and the peach blossoms symbolise romance, prosperity, and growth."
But I am not sure about it! M Mall or Time Square seems like an empty mall on a Thursday afternoon; maybe there are really too many malls in close proximity. The CNY decorations is mediocre.
