While 燒鴨 Roast duck, 燒雞 Roast chicken, 叉燒 Charsiew and 燒肉 Roast pork are common "燒臘 Siew Lap" choices in both Hong Kong and Malaysia; 乳豬 Suckling piglets at most sometimes can be found as one of the dishes in wedding ceremonies. But there are two things that should always be at the top of a Hong Kong eating list: 燒鵝 Roasted goose and 乳豬 Suckling piglet where the later is widely considered the best in Hong Kong. If not mistaken, YSK is probably one of very few places where one can get a 乳豬 Suckling piglet which will set you back for rm$298 per piglet!
No Dine-in here but even at 2pm today, freshly Roasted pork are still rolling out from the kitchen which is behind the shop. To enjoy your fresh and warm "燒臘 Siew Lap", a rm$15 combination of 叉燒 Charsiew and 燒肉 Roast pork combination will be the best. AND one can always walk across the street to Puteri Mart's food court where bottled beers are also available!
