大早餐 Big Breakfast now is at rm$21 (+rm$2), while today's 美式早餐 American Breakfast is at rm$13 (+rm$1). The 典美式早餐 Classic American Breakfast plate includes 茄汁豆 Baked beans, Hash brown, a 全麥吐司 Wholemeal toast with 黃油 butter and 果醬 jam and 肉選擇 ONE choice of Meat (Sausage, Chicken Ham, or Beef Bacon) and 蛋選擇 ONE choice of Egg (either Scrambled Egg, Omelets or Fried Eggs) PLUS either Black Coffee or English Tea.
While most Café in SS15 will take a day off during the weekdays, Peppercorn Café opens from Monday to Saturday only. AND Saturday's are usually packed with Customer for Breakfast and Lunch hours.
From the earliest days of the republic in the 18th century, Americans broke their fast in the morning by eating whatever was most easily available, which often included bread, eggs or leftovers. Since then, an American Breakfast is often either Cereal or an Egg-based dish.
