There is a certain 墨爾本料理影響 Melbourne influence in La Juiceria Superfoods, as can be seen from their coffee styles and big breakfast ingredients. So we can expect more of these to crossover into La Juiceria Superfoods Signature’s menu; like the 藜麥炒飯 Quinoa Fried Rice and may be also the 巴西莓果碗 Acai Berry Bowl. In fact, another food brand of La Juiceria, the "Super Saigon" represents the modern 越南菜 Vietnamese cuisine with the 墨爾本式料理 Melbourne influence.
