Thoughts: I'd suppose customers come here for the shop's Nasi Kandar! I believe the Restaurant is at Menara Rajawali, a high rise structure opposite SS15's McD and Starbucks, or next to INTI College. The eatery is probably a budget breakfast location for some college students next door before the Pandemic. Today's Roti Kosong wasn't too bad while the Teh Tarik kurang kurang manis was still sweet after twice topping up with hot water.

There is an interesting Cafe located in the same structure, just one floor above Nasi Kandar Khulafa. The Cafe "Me OWL Cafe" offers the popular 韩式刨冰 Korean Bingsu Dessert (a popular Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings that may include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans.), and that's probably worth a visit.
