Thoughts: Came here for the Hummus Lamb Shawarma but unfortunately not available as it's other shop next door (Chef Ammar Xpress Souk Cafe who is the 供給者(Kyōkyū-sha) supplier of the Lamb Shawarma) is under (リノベーション) renovation for the next few weeks!

The rm$45 "中東卡布薩羊肉飯" Lamb Shank Kabsah" comes with well flavored but slightly hot and spicy dark yellowish to maybe  brownish color, along with a big bone of lamb shank, superbly flavored and tender. On the side are some 沙拉(サラダ) salad and a 紅雞蛋(赤い卵) red-colored egg. Along with the dish are 2 types of 阿拉伯式蕃茄醬(アラビア風トマトソース) Arabic style tomato sauce for dipping. End well with the 阿拉伯薄荷紅茶(アラビアのミント茶) Arabic mint tea! The Arabic national dish was well presented, filling, and tasty, although 価格(かかく) price is on the high side. Restoran Chef Ammar Mediterranean Middle East and Grilled Cuisine offers rice meals that starts from rm$35 - rm$48 with choices of 曼迪 Mandi, 卡布薩 Kabsa or Kebab meats to go with the rice. A variety of 沙拉 Salads, 義大利麵 (パスタ) Pasta, 鷹嘴豆泥(フムス) Hummus, and 披薩(ピザ) Pizza choices are also available. 

卡布薩(カブサ) Kabsah (or Kabsa) rice and 曼迪(マンディ) Mandi rice are two very common dishes in many Middle Eastern eateries. There are 2 very different as even its origin, while 卡布薩(カブサ) Kabsah is very much a 國菜(郷土料理) National dish of 沙地阿拉伯(サウジアラビア) Saudi Arabia while 曼迪(マンディ) Mandi is a traditional dish with origins from 哈德拉毛省 Hadhramaut, 也門(イエメン) Yemen. Even the cooking methods are different for the Arabic and Yemini dish respectively: Mandi is cooked in a tandoor oven, the rice of Mandi is yellowish because of 番紅花香料(サフランスパイス) saffron spices in its recipe. However, 卡布薩(カブサ) Kabsa has brownish rice because of the meat broth containing tomato (paste) and chilies. Mandi is cooked in a 缸爐(タンドールオーブン) tandoor oven, the rice of Mandi is yellowish because of saffron spices in its recipe. However, Kabsa has brownish rice because of the meat broth containing 番茄醬(ケチャップ) tomato (paste) and チリペースト chilies, and is cooked along with 卡布薩 Kabsa 草藥(ハーブ) herbs and 香料(香辛料 Kōshinryō) spices.
