Thoughts: The location is uniquely remote from the bustling shop lots of USJ; in fact, it is one of the shop lots along Persiaran Technology Subang, this is the trunk road that connects USJ via USJ 3 to Shah Alam's Batu Tiga. The row of Shop Lots are just opposite the entrance to the "Luxurious housing area" of USJ Heights. Ample MSPJ Parking in front and behind the the shop lots.

Lale Cafe is a Middle-East/Iranian Restaurant, one in USJ Height and another one in Shah Alam's Taman Perindustrian UEP (about 1.5km from Proton factory). The Cafe offers not just 中東美食 Middle-East cuisines but also 意大利麵食 Pastas and a variety of 中東甜點和糕點 Middle-Eastern desserts and pastry like the 土耳其的果仁蜜餅 Turkish's Baklava, and a variety of 中東咖啡 Coffee and 中東"茶"飲料 Middle-Eastern Herbal Tea.
"伊朗式烤羊雞肉串 Mixed Koobideh Kebab" which comes with a plate of "藏紅花米飯 Saffron Rice". The "Kabab Koobideh" or Kobida or Koobidan (from Persian word) is an Iranian Meat Kebab made from ground lamb, beef or chicken; often mixed with ground pepper and chopped onions. Traditionally, the meat was placed on a flat stone (specifically, a black flat stone) and 木槌砸碎 smashed with a wooden mallet. It is cooked on a seekh (波斯語 Persian word for 'skewer'). The skewers are then accompanied by 烤西紅柿 grilled tomatoes and 烤洋蔥 onions with 鹽膚木屬 Sumac (a kind of powerful anti-inflammatory spices) is usually served as a tableside garnishing spice. Lale Cafe's rm$33 Mixed Koobideh Kebab comes with 2 skewers of Mutton/Lamb and Chicken skewers (Beef choices is also available), on the side are grilled Tomato, Mixed Herb Salad, grilled whole green chili (which was surprisingly appetizing), and a bowl of excellent dipping sauce (looks to be tomato based). The Kebabs were grilled to perfection, and went well with the Saffron Rice (although a little dry). Overall, although a little bit expensive but excellent Kebab and rice dish.
The rm$9.90 "土耳其茶 Herbal Memory Tea" comes in a tea pot (good for 1-2 person), from a choice of 13 Flower, Herbal Tea blends; and the tea pot comes with a bowl of very interesting 伊朗黃色冰糖 Iranian yellow crystal sugar. Lafe Cafe, not just offering dining, but also products of middle east for sale, like 棗果 dates, 蜂蜜 honey, 茶 tea, 甜點 desserts, 糖果 sweets, 中東干食品 middle-east style dry foods, even 中東奶油芝士 cream cheese (I believe all are middle east delicacies).
Lale Cafe's products especially their desserts can also be found SS16's "Mahnaz Food" inside Subang Parade or its Headquarters Mahnaz Food Retail in Shah Alam (in Taman Perindustrian UEP where the other Lale Cafe is located at). Food today: 8 / 10 👍👍👍😋😋😋
