Thoughts: Opened probably October or November last year, the new "豐記燒臘粥麵飯店 Fong Kee" is an alternative to another popular Roasted shop "新隆記燒臘館 Roasted Chef House" in USJ1 Regalia Business Centre", both 燒臘店 Roasted shop are corner shops loacted on the same road along USJ1/1C.
The relatively new (6 months) offers your typical Roasted items: 燒鴨 Roasted Duck, 叉燒 Charsiew, 燒肉 Roasted Pork, 滑雞 Steamed Chicken, and 燒雞 Roasted Chicken with 飯 Rice, 干撈陽春麵 Dry noodle, or their 招牌咖喱 Signature Curry noodles with prices from rm$6.50 to rm$23. Particularly interesting are the rm$18 "三國咖喱麵 Three Kingdom Curry Noodle" and rm$23 "海盜王咖喱麵 Pirate King Seafood Cutrry Mee". Rice dises starts at rm$6.50, while Curry Noodle starts at rm$8 and Dry noodle starts at rm$9; prices looks to be slightly higher than the usual Kopitiam hawker stall.
The rm$10 "燒肉雪蛤咖喱麵 Roasted Pork with fresh clams Curry Noodle" came with 5 pieces of 脆皮燒肉 crunchy Roasted Pork, half a boiled egg, 血蛤 fresh clams, 豆腐卜 tau fu pok, 炸豆腐皮 fried tofu skin, 長豆 long beans in a thick spicy curry broth (although the santan taste wasn't that intense).
The Wanton Mee (陽春麵 or 竹升麵) variants with the Roasted items probably worth sampling in the near future; adding to the list of possible destinations in USJ for Roasted items with Rice or Noodles are:

豐記燒臘粥麵飯店 Fong Kee was previously a 海鮮樓 seafood restaurant. Because of the Pandemic, the seafood restaurant’s business has been affected, so it had switched to roast meat for a change of business strategy to cater for a bigger target audience. Not just Rice, Curry or Wanton Mee with Roasted items but the restaurant also will have a few hawker stalls like any other typical multi-hawker stall Chinese Kopitiams.
