Thoughts: Came her for the Set Meals Menu which upon ordering only realized that Menu is only for Weekdays dining from 11am - 4pm. Big Singh Chapati's Ala-Carte menu offers a good variety of Indian or Punjab cuisines from 沙拉 Salad, 雞蛋料理 Eggs, 各種印度煎餅 Roti or Prontha, Rice, Tandoor Bread, 印度爐肉 Tandoor, 印度黃扁豆咖哩 Dhals, 咖哩 Curry, 羊肉 Mutton, 魚/蝦 Fish/Shrimp, 印度香飯 Briyani, 印度鱷梨醬 Raita, 素 Vegetarian, 印度奶酪 Paneer, and 印度甜點 Desserts. With so many choices of Ala-Carte dishes, the dishes are more suitable for 2 or more persons for 叫菜吃飯. 

Ended up with rm$5.90 蒜香烤饼 Garlic Naan and an excellent bowl of 豆子湯 Dhal Thadka as dipping sauce for the Naan. The 旁遮普茶 Punjabi Tea was a little bit like Masala Tea except that it is milder. Overall, a little expensive but Good in Taste and Presentation. 

It is interesting to note that 坦都里烤雞 Tandoori Chicken dish is a cuisine dish said to be originated in the 旁遮普邦 Punjab before the 印度和巴基斯坦的獨立 independence of India and Pakistan. However, according to an Indian scholar, the earliest evidence for a dish similar to tandoori chicken can be found in 印度河流哈拉帕文明 Harappan civilization and dates back to 3000 BCE. 旁遮普美食 Punjabi cuisine is a culinary style originating in the 旁遮普邦 Punjab, a region in the 印度大陸的北部 northern part of the Indian subcontinent, which is now divided in an Indian part and a Pakistani part. This cuisine has a rich tradition of many distinct and local ways of cooking including the 坦都里烤雞 Tandoori Chicken as well as 旁遮普"南餅"麵包 Punjab Naan. The 旁遮普南餅 Punjabi naan is made of 白麵粉 white-flour, 發酵後的扁平麵包 yeasted flat bread enriched with a little 酥油 ghee and its "水滴狀 teardrop-shaped" comes from being slapped on the side of a 爐門烤箱 tandoor oven and 垂直烘焙 baked partly hanging vertically".

The local cuisine of Punjab is heavily influenced by the 農業時期 agriculture and 農業生活方式 farming lifestyle prevalent from the times of the 古代印度河谷文明 ancient Indus Valley Civilization. 當地種植的主食 Locally grown staple foods form the major part of the local cuisine. Distinctively 旁遮普美食 Punjabi cuisine is known for its rich, 黃油風味 buttery flavors along with the extensive 素食和肉類菜餚 vegetarian and meat dishes. Main dishes include 燉菜 "Sarhon dā saâg" (a stew whose main ingredient is 芥末菜 mustard greens), A type of Naan called 玉米麵麵包 "Makki di roti" (flatbreads made with 玉米麵 cornmeal), and next is variety of meat and vegetable-based 香米飯 Basmati rice dishes, and a type of Dhal/Dal called 旁遮普黃咖哩 Kadhi which is a spicy, yellow gravy made of 鷹嘴豆粉 chickpea flour (貝桑/克麵粉 Besan/Gram flour), containing 檸檬汁 lemon juice, 紅辣椒 red pepper and 薑黃 turmeric. It is commonly served with Rice or 南餅 Naan.
