Thoughts: Subang Jaya SS14 has a "肉骨茶街 Bak Kut Teh" Street along SS14/2 with maybe more than a dozen Bak Kut Teh along that single street alone and SS15 has a "珍珠奶茶街 Bubble Tea" Street that maybe 15-20 shops along the single street of SS15/4. Besides Bubble Tea, there are also quite a few Dessert shops in this part of Subang Jaya as "豆香 The Soybean Factory"; these "new and modern" kind of Dessert shops offers traditional "revisited" desserts as well as imported overseas dessert brands in clean, modern, upmarket and tastefully decorated venues. The Soybean Factory was conceived as a small family-run business with the humble vision of turning soybeans into guilt-free healthy desserts and presentation of the "bland and boring Tau Fu Fah traditional desserts dish as even Instagram-worthy. 

Unlike the bubble tea trend which shot to fame in 2018 but is slowly dwindling, the resurgence of the traditional soybean desserts are reinvented with a modern recipe and appearance. This new trend of dessert shops (in this case 豆花甜品店) are more likely here to stay as many of us grew up having countless bowls of Tau Fu Fah or Soy Bean either on the streets or at home, a few of the trending Tau Fu Fah shops in Klang Valley are:
