Thoughts: Braised pork knuckle is a popular dish choice in Thai mixed rice shops; I can see it available at several hawker stalls within Muang Thai - Phatra market. But there is one, I think stands out more than others which is located along Satthisan Witnichai road. The stall opens for evening dinner till supper after 1am. From Exit 3 of Satthisan MRT station, turn right and walk to the junction that turns right to Satthisan Witnichai road.
The road side stall is clearly visible with maybe 10+ tables along the side walk. The brightly lighted road side stall shows off piles of mouth watering pork knuckles and braised boiled eggs. Limited seats available at 6:30pm (time of visit today), but many locals queue for take-away. The price per plate that comes with a generous amount of fatty and lean pork knuckle meat plus a braised boiled egg and some vegetables, poured over with the killer tasty sauce. You can pick up your own free flow bowl of soup, which taste like "preserved sour vege" soup, I had two bowls each before and after the meal. Free flow drinking water jugs are also available on each table.
With just a 2 minutes short walk from Satthisan MRT station; this Pork knuckle road side stall definitely worth a visit.
