Thoughts: "Ba Mee" in thai would mean "Egg noodles", and that's the name of a push-cart stall somewhere in Bangkok. The location is not reachable by MRT or BTS as yet, and maybe best is to use E-hailing (Grab); if you are coming from Sukhumit MRT station by Grab, the trip would be around 15 minutes.
"Ba Mee slow" then would literally mean "Egg noodles will come to you slowly" as you may have to wait for your food due to its popularity! The stall only quite late in the evening, should be after 8pm but you can have this Thai-based Wan Ton Mee until 2-3am next morning. You can order the egg noodle in dry to soup version, with different level of spiciness (or add yourself with the chili sauce available on the table). The bowl basically comes with minced meat, quite ordinary charsiew, a few likable wanton, also choice of an "Onsen egg", on the egg noodles (mine dry) and mixed in very "Thai based sauce for the noodle". There is anything to shout about on the minced meat or charsiew, its probably the unique Thai based sauce recipe that makes this particular WanTon Mee unique! Whether one likes it or not perhaps will be a very particular thing. The Onsen egg is a must add-on as it does really add to the unique Thai based WanTon Mee offered here.
As in most Thai eateries, there are always condiments like chili sauce, fish sauce, and maybe even vinegar; I have no idea yet how to mixed them in noodles.
At time of visit today (10pm), there wasn't too many customers, and getting a table was easy (maybe there are 8 make-shift tables) on the walkways outside the shops here along Ekkamai 19 Alley; which is located in the Watthana area in Bangkok. The location is generally on the east side of Central Bangkok, maybe around 3km from Sukhumvit MRT station.
