Thoughts: With a little more time for lunch, I wondered behind Muang Thai - Phatra Market and found a food court without a name (maybe there is one but everything is in Thai Language). The food court houses maybe 8-10 stalls offering variety of Thai street food; my choice for lunch is "牛杂猪杂粗米粉汤 Mixed Beef & Pork w/thick noodle" at around rm$7.50 with Beef and Pork meats and innards with thick vermicelli all sitting in a wonderful bowl of broth. This one definitely worth another visit next time in Thailand.
The Food court maybe without air-conditioning and maybe only opens for breakfast and lunch (not sure), but at lunch time it is packed with office workers from nearby offices.
So far, I am steadily enjoying Thai street food but the only difficulty is the language, street vendors especially those not at or near tourist destined places usually either only display their food and name of hawker/stall in Thai and "most" of them do not converse any English.
