You can also order sides/add-ons like dried wanton, fish skin etc. There are also condiments on the side like 鱼露 fish sauce, chili powder, and chili sauce to add flavor to the noodle. Good that when asked, the waitress provided a menu with some Chinese descriptions of the foods.
