Thoughts: For maybe around rm$6+ in KL/PJ for the Sausage McMuffin with Egg (AlaCarte), the similar item is at 99Bht (rm$13.30) on a Sunday morning at a Bangkok McDonald's joint; and that is more than double the price! Maybe the size of the burger is slightly larger that the one's in KL/PJ, but it's still the same type of bun with a beef patty with an Egg. Looking at the breakfast menu, the price of the cheapest "Chessy Egg Bun AlaCarte" at From 35Bht (rm$4.70) all the way to the "Big Breakfast set" at 195Bht (rm$25.90)!
This particular McDonalds builds on a stand alone structure, operates 24 hours with a Drive-Thru and 2 floors with indoors and outdoor seating. There is also a McCafe that offers desserts, a limited choice of bakes and cakes and the McCoffee which I forgot to check the price.
I don't think there are any pork burgers for breakfast! But Pork burger advertisement flyer on my tray surely looks good; so I think pork based burger are available from lunch onwards.
