隣人食堂 Rinjin Shokudo @ the SS13 location opened few days ago on Dec.12 (Tuesday) this week. AND this place is the SS13 light Industry factory shop lots, the same lot previously house another Café and Canteen:
Gray Sky Morning now replaced by LittlePeopleCo (since June 2022)Food Industries Café now replace by Rinjin Shokudo (this week)
Gray Sky Morning used to be a Café popular for digital nomads, with the free parking; one can work here with a drink and/or for an entire day!
隣人食堂 Rinjin Shokudo opened first in Bukit Jalil in July 2018, the Japanese F&B introduced to the Bukit Jalil neighbourhood 日本家庭烹飪 Japanese home-style cooking. 4.5 years later, this one in SS13 is the 2nd location of 隣人食堂 Rinjin Shokudo. The restaurant offers:

隣人食堂 Rinjin Shokudo specializes in "一汁三菜 Ichiju Sansai" (probably much like our 大馬華人雜飯 Malaysian Chinese mixed rice or "Zhap Fan"! and "一汁三菜 Ichiju Sansai" is like a 高級日本人雜飯 high class Japanese mixed Rice). In Japan, this is a 傳統日式定食 Traditional Teishoku set meals on trays constructed by choosing a mix-and-match of 1 Main (20+ choices) and 2 Side dishes (10+ choices) from their colorful Menu or QR-code Menu. The set also comes with Miso Soup and refillable white rice which I have requested to be replaced with a Salad bowl. The 一汁三菜 Ichiju Sansai Sets are different prices depending on the choice of Main dish, some sides are rm$0 while others with Additional costs. Coffee choices include Niko Neko 抹茶系列 Matcha Series, 冷萃咖啡 Cold brew, 牛奶/黑咖啡 Milk/Black Coffee.
Today lunch begins with a rm$19.90 "日式海鮮大阪燒 Kaisen Okonomiyaki" from the "Chef Choice 主廚推薦" page, a Japanese pan-fried pancake (Okonomiyaki) with seafood of 小章魚 baby octopus and 中蝦 prawns which grilled to perfection and topped with 蔥粒 green onions.
