Third visit to the Café AND today for a Coffee break is a rm$9 "美式黑咖啡 Americano" at Sipping Corner Café, inside the "Plant & Pot" Nursery in Puchong Bandar Puteri. The little Café inside the Nursery probably can accommodate 10-12 customers at a time BUT there are also few more tables surrounded by the green plants for Coffee lovers. No hot meals here, only Cakes & Bakes, Toast with Eggs and Coffee, Tea or Juices. "Sipping Corner Café" is a hidden GEM inside a Nursery in Puchong's Bandar Puteri that is definitely worth visiting.
牛奶咖啡 Milk-based Coffee like 拿鐵 Latte, 卡布奇諾 Cappuccino or 純白咖啡 Flat White are popular and delicious but health experts do not recommend using whole milk when taking coffee due to its somewhat 高碳水化合物含量 high carbohydrate count.

Both the 濃縮咖啡 Espresso and 美式咖啡 Americano are relatively 不含碳水化合物 Carbohydrate Free and therefore are a 低熱量飲料 low-calorie drinks that is free of 飽和脂肪 saturated fat and 膽固醇 cholesterol, making it a healthy choice for those who want to maintain a healthy heart, thanks to the 抗氧化劑 Antioxidants in the Coffee.
