Wild Garlic Leaves are early spring vegetable that grow wild in the 韓國山脈 Korean mountains, and also in the 北美洲東部 eastern part of North America. The Garlic Leaves are excellent for wrapping the hot BBQ Pork and goes well with the "芥末 Calamansi Wasabi" and "紅辣椒醬 Red Chili Paste Sauce"! All the 4 sides and 4 condiments are refillable.

This means less barbecue smoke in the restaurant, less smelly clothes afterwards but you still get a nice smoky, flavorful meat.

Also known as 河南豬舍 Hanam Pig House 하남돼지집 in Korea The Korean Pork BBQ specialist differentiates itself by focusing on 優質豬肉切塊 premium pork cuts for the charcoal-grill. Today, this restaurant chain has over 200 branches nationwide in Korea (according to its facebook page).
Around or before November 2021, "河南(張)韓式烤豬肉店 Hanam BBQ" opened its first outlet in United Point, 甲洞 Kepong and is often claimed to have long queues during peak hours as the restaurant does not allow reservations. The new second outlet at 竹林山水園 Bamboo Hills allows reservations, and it open 6 months ago in June 2023; well, there wasn't any queue arriving before 12noon+ but soon after that it was full house at around 1pm!
