Hash browns are high in Vitamin C, potassium, fibre, and magnesium, comes with great source Carbohydrates making them ideal for breakfast. However, they are probably deep fried using unhealthy vegetable oils and excessive salt. And too oily for my liking.
As for the McD Porridge, it comes with chicken strips mixed in the porridge, garnished with spring onions, sliced ginger, fried shallots and diced chilies. Still too salty for my liking.
