Thoughts: Opened for Dine-in in December 22, 2021 last week, this is the latest Café in USJ Taipan and should be the first Sourdough shop in USJ area. Bake Touch Microbakery is part of the Levain Group of Companies 樂馭集團 where one of their business division is 烘焙 Baking, 咖啡 Coffee, 烹飪 Culinary, and 冰淇淋 Gelato; and here are at least 5 Bake Touch Café locations (maybe one of them is a factory) in Selangor only:

BakeTouch @ USJ Taipan only offers selected recipes in their menu at the moment. And today's rm$13.90 Sourdough breads comes with interesting sandwich recipes of fruits and vegetables, and beautifully presented in a flat plate. 

It is also probably the most photogenic Café to-date in USJ Taipan area, with 拼花地板 parquet flooring, 纖維板牆 fiber board panel walls, 河石地板 river rock flooring, and 仙人掌植物 cactus plants around some tables. And if you look-up the ceiling, there is also a sea of hanging 木製擀麵杖 wooden rolling pins. 

At present after a weeks opening, only some of the 酵母麵包 Sourdough bread "全天早餐 All-day-Breakfast" are available; 意大利面 Pasta, 三明治 More Sandwiches, 主菜 Mains, and 甜點 Desserts items in the Menu should be available in the future. Bake Touch is a wonderful addition to the food option in USJ10, good ambiance and at least an instagrammable Café in Taipan. Also, perhaps a rare Bakery in USJ that specializes in 酵母麵包 Sourdough breads.
