Thoughts: Today is the 農曆正月初六 6th day of Chinese New Year, and most if not all eateries are already opened for dine-in (probably since 初五 yesterday). And tomorrow which is Monday, where things will be back to normal again albeit Covid cases sees a steep increase from around 5000+ to over 9000 cases as of yesterday. AND Perhaps except for some traditionally skills workers like some Chinese craft workers like the Chinese plumbers and electricians will be not working until after the 正月初十五 fifteen day of Chinese New Year! and some will wait for the right moments of 開工吉日 Auspicious dates for recommencing of work!

Among one of the must eat in Sabah is no other than the "沙巴豬肉粉 Sabah Pork Noodle" is locally known in Sabah as "生肉麵 Sang Nyuk Mian" (which is 客家話 Hakka dialect) that translate to "生豬肉麵 Raw Pork Noodle", but don't worry the Pork is not eaten raw but supposed to be thinly sliced cooked fresh pork! Sang Nyuk Mian is said to have been “invented” in 斗湖 Tawau (a town in 沙巴 Sabah) in 1979, and now it becomes so popular that you can find it everywhere in Sabah. From the web, it seems among the best 生肉麵 Sang Nyuk Mee in Sabah can be found at 家香生肉麵 Kedai Kopi Jia Siang and 金興利茶室 Kedai Kopi Kim Heng Lee, both are 華人咖啡店 Chinese coffee shops in 林塔斯廣場 Lintas Plaza, 哥打京那巴魯 Kota Kinabalu.
