Thoughts: Today is the 150th day since MCO3.0 lock-down in May, but today is also Klang Valley to move from Phase 2 to Phase 3 of the "國家復蘇計劃 the National Recovery Plan". Phase 3 comes with further relaxation of SOPs as decided by the Special Committee on Pandemic Management. 私人活動和研討會 Private Events and Workshops are now allowed at 50% of the premises capacity, 培訓中心 Training centers and 工科類院校 Vocational colleges as well as Institute of 高等教育學院 Higher Learning will allow face-to-face classroom within this month. 觀眾性運動 Spectator sports are now allowed but no food nor beverages for the spectators! However, I believe Inter-State travel is still not allowed at the moment.

Considering the Covid-19 Statistics above where the Peak cases of above 22,000+ per day cases somewhere around End of August; there has been steadily decline of Covid cases in the month of September. As of 30th September, not sure it is a good sign but the daily cases was below 13,000 per day. Among the 13 states in the country, Selangor still tops the number of daily cases at around 2000 per day in recent days. With these still daily high Covid cases, although many Chinese eateries have started to offer Dine-in choice, they aren't too many people opt for Dine-in in my recent Dine-in experiences; as can be seen today in PJ Seksyen 1's "Yi Poh Loh Si Fun" and SS2's "All Day Polo Bun"; most customer come for take-away.
With daily vaccinations of new Doses at around 300,000 shots; and as of 30 September 2021, 62.9% of the Population is now Fully Vaccinated with 2 doses.
For Tea today, this is the 5th visit to SS2's "全日菠蘿包專賣店 All Day Polo Bun", and last visit was 05.Jan.2021 (10 months ago). Today is the first venture to SS area since MCO3.0 that started in May, several months ago. And it is specially for the shops 香港絲襪奶茶 Hong Kong Milk Tea, and 蛋撻 Egg Tart (maybe not the best Hong Kong Egg Tart in town), but satisfied!
"全日菠蘿包專賣店 All Day Polo Bun", located in SS2/10, opens every day except Thursday (Pasar Malam day). Anytime for a taste of Hong Kong, I'd say I will come back for the 香港絲襪奶茶 Hong Kong Milk Tea as well as the "冰鎮奶茶 Iced Milk Tea". Personally the 豬扒菠蘿包 Pork Polo Bun is a must try, which is available all-day-long! Some interesting items in the menu are several choices of 冰火菠蘿包 Ice Cream Polo Bun, including 榴蓮冰淇淋 Durian Ice Cream (at rm$8.90) as one of the variant. Also worth sampling are any of its 15 lunch sets of 豬扒 pork chop, 雞扒 chicken chop, 叉燒 char siew, 咖哩豬腩肉 curry pork belly, 午餐肉 luncheon meat etc. with 飯 rice or 麵 noodles from 11am to 3pm which also comes with a 菠蘿包 Polo Bun and 冷飲 cold beverage from rm$14.90 to rm$19.90. The Cafe is opens at 8:30am (most other Cafe maybe only starts business at 10am or 11am); this part of SS2 is 2 rows of shop lots surrounded residential houses, and to find a parking spot along SS 2/10 usually isn't a problem, so far!
Was told by the staff that the same team also runs another Cafe called "港室八點鐘 Hong Kong 8am", with probably 2 locations in Penang and the Maclister location maybe started business 4 years ago in early 2017:

With its Service Team fully inoculated, the SS2 shop reopen for Dine-in recently on 17th September (2 weeks ago). SS2's "全日菠蘿包專賣店 All Day Polo Bun" is air-conditioned, and so far don't mind the friendly service. The bright yellow themed walls decorated with Hong Kong destinations as well as photos of nostalgic Hong Kong movie starts (including a 周星馳 Stephen Chow wall painting), along with 全天播放粵語歌曲 all-day-long Cantonese songs. The corner shop lot was previously a steam boat restaurant which comes with electrical outlets for the tables; and therefore a little bit of 1-2 hours of working with your device during non-peak dining hours is probably possible. Fun facts, 全日菠蘿包專賣店 All Day Polo Bun is the creation of 李氏兄妹 Chester and Leena Lee. The sibling-founders travelled all the way to Hong Kong to study the art of preparing 菠蘿包 polo buns, and return to Klang Valley with a slight tweak in the recipe for the Malaysian palates. Initially, the siblings open a shop in Damansara Utama (SS21) somewhere maybe in January or February 2019 but have relocated to SS2/10 since 22 October 2020.
